This is separate from the free product
Nothing in this document changes the invoicing product, and buying a service does not unlock anything in it. The product is free with or without an engagement, and ending an engagement does not degrade it. If those two things were ever coupled, the free promise would be a sales tactic rather than a commitment.
How an engagement starts
You send an enquiry. You receive a written scope: what is included, what is excluded, what we need from you, the schedule and a fixed price. Nothing begins, and nothing is charged, until you accept that scope in writing. The published ranges are indicative and are not an offer.
Price, currency and taxes
Prices on the public pages are shown as ranges in a single currency so they can be compared. Your quote is issued in the agreed currency. Any indirect tax due in your country or ours is added according to the rules that apply to the supply, and any third-party cost — advertising spend, hosting, licences, stock assets — is yours and is paid by you directly to that provider unless the scope says otherwise in writing.
What we need from you
Timely answers, access to the accounts and assets the work needs, and a single person who can decide. Work that stalls waiting on material is not work we can compress later; where a delay moves the schedule, the new dates are confirmed in writing rather than assumed.
You own the result
Deliverables become yours on payment: source files, editable vectors, the site and its code, the copy, the structured data. Accounts — advertising, analytics, domain, hosting — are created in your name from the start and stay yours. There is no agency-held account, and there is nothing you have to buy back at the end.
We keep the right to describe the work and show it as an example, without disclosing anything confidential, and we will not do even that if you ask us not to.
What cannot be promised
No search position, no traffic figure, no number of leads and no revenue outcome is guaranteed, because none of those are within anyone's control. What is committed to is the work itself: the scope delivered, on the agreed schedule, reported honestly — including when the honest report is that it is not working.
Pausing, ending and refunds
A monthly engagement can be ended by either side with 30 days' written notice; the notice period is worked and invoiced normally. A project engagement can be stopped at any point, and what is invoiced is the work completed to that date, with everything produced handed over. Work already delivered is not refundable, and money for work not yet done is returned.
Liability, confidentiality and law
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential during and after the engagement. Our liability for a service is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, and neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. The English version of this document governs.
