Does any of this make the invoicing cost money?
No. Documents, exports, clients, recurring invoices and every tool in the service centre stay free forever, whether you order a service here or never open this page again.
Who actually does the work?
People. Every service here is human work — a campaign built by a marketer, a site built by a developer, a logo drawn by a designer. Nothing here is generated and handed to you as if it were made for you.
How is payment handled?
Outside this app, against a normal invoice from whoever delivers the work. No card is stored here and no charge is ever made from this screen.
Is the price on the card the price I pay?
It is the starting point, in the catalogue currency. The binding number is the one in your written quote, after someone has read your brief. Prices shown in your own currency are converted at an indicative rate and are an estimate only.
Can I cancel?
Until you accept a quote, yes — with one click and no reason needed. After work has started, cancellation is a conversation in the order thread, because someone has already spent hours on it.
Which languages do you work in?
The brief lets you pick the working language. Deliverables can be produced in any language this product speaks, and translation is itself a service in the catalogue.
Do you work with businesses in my country?
Design, websites, content and advertising are delivered remotely everywhere. Services tied to local law — bookkeeping, payroll, insurance, contracts — depend on your country, and each service card says which of the two it is.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Every order has a review step before delivery, and the number of revision rounds is written into the quote before you accept it. If it is still wrong, say so in the thread — it stays open until the order is closed.
